Attention Parents:

The district is currently collecting data related to our students technology assests and needs so that we can better plan for the future.  We have hired a company to provide the tools (surveys) to help us collect this data.  The teaching staff and students have already completed a version of the survey.  We are asking for about 10-15 minutes of your time to complete a parent (guardian) version.

Please click here to link to the survey.

  • Empower team members to research areas, provide input and facilitate improvement.
  • Encourage involvement in determining and supporting the future of the school and school district (through additional work on ad hoc Action Teams).

Our meetings will begin at 6:00 p.m. and we will look to conclude our work by 7:00 p.m. each evening. We meet on the following Tuesdays in the TAOPlease enter door 21.

Online Report Cards in Skyward for 2014-2015 School Year

Several years ago District 742 started using Skyward. One of the major reasons was to improve our communication with students and parents. Our goal is to have student attendance, and progress as current as possible and available on the web.

With our ongoing efforts to reduce the roughly 2 million sheets of paper we print each year, we will continue to make our end of term report cards available electronically. Because our highest priority is communication about your student's progress here at Tech, we do not want to do anything to hinder this. Currently, 30% of our students do not have an email listed for their primary parent or guardian. We can post the report card on the family access but we are unable to send it via email to those families. We would like to encourage everyone to log into Skyward and verify or add your email.  Click here for directions.

If for what ever reason, this creates an inconvenience for you and you would prefer to continue to receive paper reports, please call 320-252-2231 or email techreportcards@isd742.org and let us know and we will continue to provide written reports to you.
